Privacy and temporary files

Uploaded assets are held temporarily for processing. The application is designed to retain governance metadata, hashes and human decisions rather than permanent copies of source media. Beta operators should not upload material they are not authorized to process.

Unless specifically instructed otherwise for a program, Mounted Rifles Management Limited / Trusted by Heroes programs share the same common visual family: deep navy, muted gold, warm off-white, anchor motif, serif display headings, clean sans-serif interface text, card-based navigation, consistent legal/IP footer and human-control language.
